Columbia’s Antisemitism Scandal: Over a Year of Reports, Zero Heads Rolled—Outrageous!
The December 13 article in The New York Sun, “How Columbia’s Professors Fomented Hostility to Israel,“ highlights Columbia University’s fourth and final antisemitism task force report—a 70-page bombshell detailing professors turning classrooms into anti-Israel propaganda mills and targeting Jewish students. Though the piece barely alluded to it, heads should have been rolling everywhere. This scandal has been documented for over a year—where the hell is the accountability?
The task force kicked off in November 2023 after Hamas’s October 7 massacre. Reports dropped in March 2024 on protest rules, August 2024 on student experiences of crushing discrimination, and June 2025 on campus climate. Hundreds of Jewish students testified back in spring 2024 about being called “occupiers,” grilled on “settler colonialism,” and hit with anti-Israel rants in unrelated classes like astronomy and public health. The December 9, 2025 final report admits Columbia has no tenured Middle East faculty who aren’t explicitly anti-Zionist—urging quick hires for balance. Jewish alumni screamed for faculty overhauls in June 2024. Federal heat exploded: Trump froze hundreds of millions in funding in March 2025, forcing a July 2025 settlement with a $200 million-plus payout and reform promises. Protests died down—but the biased professors? Still there, untouched.
This is outrageous cowardice. Problems exposed since 2024. Alumni demands ignored. Taxpayers on the hook for billions in grants and breaks while Columbia pockets settlement cash without firing a single poison-peddling prof. Endless reports, surveys, and payoffs—but zero real housecleaning? Bureaucrats protect their own, rewarding failure with more delays. Enough. Demand firings, balanced hires, and actual consequences now. Anything less is a slap to every Jewish student and a waste of public money. Clean house—or shut it down.
